refocus & restore


 I feel drained.  I feel weary and wrung out. I feel overwhelmed and stuck. There are lots of causes for this heavy-limbed fatigue and malingering dread about the world and all of us living things in it. That's not what this post is about. This post is a pause to refocus on the people, activities, and places that restore me. I sat still to identify them and jotted them onto post-it notes, which I taped up on my closet door.
